Dayana is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Canada Christian College from 2005, a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University, and from the University of Liverpool, a Post Graduate in Forensic Psychology.

She has been a psychotherapist for over 15 years. She uses different forms of therapy but specializes in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Dayana’s main focus and area of expertise is relationships. Dayana is trained as a Couples Therapist by the Gottman Institute Level 1 & 2, including treating separations and affairs. She is a Sex Therapist trained from the University of Guelph. She is certified by SYMBIS Assessment for Pre-Marital Counseling for individuals getting married or moving in together. Dayana is also a certified Dating Consultant with the Hart Coaching Academy, as well as a certified Image Consultant and Etiquette Consultant graduate from IAP College.

Richard is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and member of the Canadian Psychological Association. He completed an undergraduate honours degree at McMaster University and a graduate degree at the University of Toronto. He spent much of his early adult life in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) before being medically released.

Richard primarily treats First Responders and Veterans. His service in the CAF has complimented his education and experience as a therapist and given him the recognition that First Responder and Veterans belong to unique cultures of service. His treatment draws from several schools of thought, including cognitive therapy, and integrates a unique understanding of beliefs and values shared among First Responders and Veterans
